Victorian universities are regarded as some of the best in the world. They deliver solutions to business and government through: contract research, the licensing of intellectual property, consulting services, academic expertise, systems to access funding, commercialisation opportunities, the provision of industry-ready personnel (graduates), as well as a variety of other activities.

Large and small enterprises alike have had successful collaborations with our universities and many organisations have now developed strong relationships with their university partners.  However, it is not always easy to know how to access university expertise, or more importantly, where to start to explore the potential for collaboration.

Established to provide an easy entry point for business and government, UniGateway is a collaboration between Victoria’s nine universities: Australian Catholic University, University of Ballarat, Deakin University, La Trobe University, University of Melbourne, Monash University, RMIT University, Swinburne University and Victoria University.

Instead of trying to find the right person to talk to, often by trial and error, UniGateway’s university representatives may be accessed through the UniGateway website www.unigateway.com.au or by emailing info@unigateway.com.au.

Regardless of the business challenge, UniGateway’s representatives have taken on a commitment to investigate possible connections within their own universities and to establish initial contact with relevant areas of expertise.

UniGateway has also developed partnerships to provide and/or attend events and thanks its many sponsors and partners for their ongoing support www.unigateway.com.au/about-us/sponsors-and-supporters

UniGateway's partners include the Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau
